Metrix combines Strength training classes and Cycle class in one facility to offer the best of both training opportunities, cardio and strength.

GOAL SETTING Metrix
From this analysis will create a Metrix that will be results driven. Using our app to calculate, calories in – calories out, strength goal, weight loss, weight gain, cardiovascular improvement and overall optimization of your body’s performance levels. The Inbody Scanner will be used periodically to maintain your progress all included in your monthly fee.
Performance is creating a selection of classes to suit your results driven goals. Strength and Cycle classes combined will achieve the set goals, along with proper nutritional guidance. We will create a schedule for you, to best reach your set goals. For example, if you are looking to gain strength and maintain body weight, to tone and shape muscles, two Strength classes a week and a Cycle class might be your Metrix. If weight loss is your goal, two Cycle classes and one Strength will be your ideal Metrix.. If recovery from an injury or you are new to strength training and group fitness a personal training session and one Strength or Cycle class will be your optimal Metrix.
Is creating your Metrix that will optimize and maintain your goals. Metrix will gather all results through InBody scanner, your Performance Metrix and your Nutritional information data, and through collaboration and data analysis get you the results desired.
